Investigation

After understanding your needs and goals for certification, we will research and identify all certifications available to you based on your socio-economic status as well as geographical location.

2.

Eligibility & Qualification

We will not take on any client until we have full written verification from you, that you do meet the eligibility qualifications for the specific certification you are seeking.

3.

Onboarding

We bring you on as a client, and assign you a dedicated certification processor. We then take care of any required preliminary registrations and complete a general company questionnaire.

4.

Document Collection

The lengthiest part of it all is gathering all required supporting information to complete the certification application. Generally speaking this is broken down into business legal structure documentation, business financial documentation, personal financial documentation (usually only for DBE), and personal race/gender supporting documentation.

5.

Main Application

We complete the main certification application on your behalf.

6.

Affidavits + Statements + Notary

Final documentation may include filling out brief statements or affidavits provided by the agency, and getting those documents notarized.

7.

Review

We do a full audit/review of everything that you’ve submitted to us, and what we’ve filled out, just to ensure your application is error-free for a speedy approval.

8.

Submit

We submit the entire application and supporting documents to the appropriate certifying agency.

9.

Approval Management

If the agency comes back for clarification or additional documentation, we walk you through the entire process of satisfying agency needs. We’ve seen and handled everything they can come back with.

10.

Approval & Award

Upon award of your certification, we will guide you towards best practices for actually putting your certification to use to ensure your success as a small, diverse vendor.

You then get added into our SubCon database, where we team up prime contractors with our subcontractors on various projects to help you grow.
