Statewide MBE / WBE / DVBE
Texas Historically Underutilized Business program is the main, statewide program for diverse vendors to register as MWBE and DVBE. Annually, Texas state agencies are required to spend 11.2% – 32.9% of all contracting dollars with certified HUB vendors through contract and subcontracts.
Statewide DBE / SBE / ACDBE
Texas DBE certification provides contractors with the easiest way to get into contracting highway, street and bridge construction projects, as well as county transit jobs.
