ELIGIBLITY & QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Be a small business determined by NAICS code.
  2. Firm must be 51% owned and controlled by a US Citizens or tribal organization.
  3. Principal office must be located in a HUBZone.
  4. 35% (or more) of employees must reside in a HUBZone (does not have to be the same HUBZone as firm).
